CLINICAL INFORMATION:
Hysteroscopy: of polypoid endometrial => EPC histological study.


Pathology report


Managed several biopsies weighing less than 5 grams, included in full and discussed on several cutting levels.

Histologically, these fragments of endometrium in quantity andexcellent technical quality.

The thickness of the mucosa is the presence of appropriatesurface coating.

There is an increase in the number of glands with change in the ratio glands / stroma (> 1).

The glands are often rounded with a few small glands kystiséesrarely backed. The coating surface and glands is sometimespseudostratified ciliated with rare mitoses, sometimes secretorytype cubic. "Is not noted branching of papillae or intracavitary.

The stroma is edematous and fusocellulaire. It presents in placesa minimal dissociation suffusions bleeding. The vessels are thin walled, poorly developed.

CONCLUSION:

Simple hyperplasia of the endometrium without atypia.
No signs of malignancy.
