السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
دكتور ارجوا من سعادتكم توضيح حالتي من خلال هذا التقرير حيث انني عملت رنيين مغنطيسي ولا اعرف ترجمته لاني اريد ان اعمل تلقيح مجهري لاني كم مرة احمل واسقط في الشهور الاولى او يقف النبض .
الرجاء توضيح و ترجمة التقرير وهو :
Buiky uterus with bicornuate configuration.
No uterus masses could be detected.
Clear pelvic fat planes.
no adnexal masses seen at either side.
no pelvic collections.
normal appearance of the utrinary bladder.
no pelvic Iymphadenopathy seen

سيدتي هذا التقرير يعني ان رحمك هو ذو القرنين ولكن هذا لا يمنع انني يجب ان اراك بواسطة السونار للتأكد من عدم وجود حاجز في الرحم وهو ما قد يسبب الاجهاضات المتكررة ويجب عمل الفحوصات التالية :
