خلال عام شهر 7 لعام 2011م علمت عملية لفتح الخصية وذلك للبحث عن حيوانات منوية بواسطة المكيروسوب الجراحي
ولكن للاسف المحاولة بأت بالفشل وتم الحصول على خلايا أولية فقط عن وجود للحيوانات المنوية لتلقيح الخصية
SPECIMN:Right testicular biopsy
Gross picture: Testicular biopsy ,totally embedded
Microscopic picture : serial sections examined revaled testicular tissue showing serinferous tubues with normal configuration and average normal diameter .Thair sertoli call lining was intact sowing no abnormality .The grem call layer showed maturatior arrest at the secondary spermatocytes .spermatids or spermatozoa were not detected The basement membranes were mildly thickened with scattered sclerotic tubules leyding calls showed unremarkable changes . No evidence of inflammatory reaction ,granuloma or neoplasia
DIAGNOSIS: Right Testicular Biopsy specimen
Spermatogenic Arrest at secondry spematocytes with focal tubular sclerosis
ما هي الخيارات العلاجية لمثل هذه الحالة
وهل بالامكان القيام بعملية أخرى .............................
