Color-doppler and duplex US of the scrotum ;
Normal sized both testes . they have normal shape and homogenous texture . No focal lesions or calcifications .
Rt.testis =40x22 mm
Lt.testis = 41x23mm
Normal appearance of both epididymi.
No significant hydrocele detected.
Multiple mildly dilated veins are seen in paminiform plexuses on both sides . they measures up to 2.8 mm in calibers on the left and 2.4 mm on the right , they show no reversal of flow on valsalva.
Normal arterial wave corm elicited within both testes
Conclusion ;
Bilaterial grade I non refluxing varicocele.

كتب لي الدكتور هذه الادوية وقال استمر عليها ثلاث شهور ثم راجعني
Proxeed plus يذاب في كاس ماء مرتين في اليوم قبل الاكل لمده ثلاث شهور
Nolvadex مرتين في اليوم لمده ثلاث شهور
Cell protector منتج طبيعي من شركة ارمال مرتين في اليوم لمده ثلاث شهور
Ezolvin مرتين في اليوم لمده ثلاث شهور
